UV flame detectors

These flame detectors unmistakably detect the combustion of gases (LPG, LNG, city gas, H2 gas, B gas, COG, etc.), kerosene and other ignition fuels from the UV light (190 – 290 nm) emitted when they are burned.

IR flame detectors

These flame detectors can be used to individually monitor the flames of multiple-burner arrays. They pick up the infrared light (wavelength: 1.0 – 1.9 m) emitted in the combustion of gases (LPG, LNG, etc.), oil (kerosene, heavy oil, etc.), coal, byproduct oil and other fuels and read the intensity and flickering.

These flame detectors are applicable with furnaces of all sizes from the large class models used for power generation to midrange and compact furnaces.
Moreover, they are equipped with an array of field support features including controls for adjusting sensitivity, flame detection point and ON delay timing, OFF delay timing, plus automatic self-checks. Additionally, besides the aforementioned lineups, we also handle contact-type flame rod amps (FRD-9000C1/C2), JIS/IEC-compliant explosion-proof products, marine products and more. And, these marine products are applicable with MGO (Marine Gas Oil) flames, which will soon be required of marine flame detectors.
